Exterior – Maruti DZire
Maruti Dzire is sub 4 meter compact sedan car. Dzire has almond shaped headlamps, chrome surrounding the grille and L-shaped chrome. Wheel base is 2450 mm, 14-inch wheels with 170 mm ground
clearance. LED tail-lamps look smart when lit up.
Hats off to team of designers at Maruti for designing this car so well. The new Dzire is a compact sedan and has very sharp look & is now bigger, lighter and better compared its previous
generations. One feedback would be that build quality is not upto the mark.
Interior – Maruti DZire
From inside, you will find DZire to be spacious. The front seats are comfortable and even after long drive you woould not feel tired. The rear seats too are nicer than the older ones and give more
lumbar and under-thigh support. You also get a rear AC vent and a fold down central console with some cup holders. Interior plastic can be better.
The music system in the Dzire has the gloss black central console. The console has a touchscreen infotainment unit. The touchscreen unit has Apple CarPlay and Andorid Auto as standard and also
houses inbuilt navigation. The touchscreen is responsive and easy to use. The new Dzire also gets climate control on the top spec Z and Z+ models.
Driving – Maruti DZire
Maruti DZire is a good car with reasonable mileage. Driving is very comfortable. Good air conditioning. Maintenance cost is very affordable. For a small budget vehicle with best-in-class
performances. Overall driving experience is good. We can rate the same as 3.5 star on a scale of 5.
Should I buy Maruti Suzuki Dzire?
Maruti Swift Dzire is an amazing car in the compact sedan segment. It has some pros like good mileage, nice performance on the highway, handling quality. It is best in comfort with low maintenance
cost. You can find Maruti’s service station easily. Issues with the car is that build quality is poor and bumpers are week. Interior plastic quality can be improved further. Overall, a good budget
car which can carry 5 people without any problem. As far as competition is concerned, Maruti Dzire will rival
Hyundai
Xcent,
Honda Amaze,
Ford Aspire, and
Tata Tigor in compact sedan space.
